February 26, 2009 at 16:52Love the MB look suite and vignette – I’m a big fan of those. Thinking of getting an SGBlade with my XHA1 setup – so this is all useful. I like the way you are very honest about the issues you encounter. That’s especially useful when you’re like me and want the best results for the least money (I’m cheap but demanding!).
I love the shots, and also you’ve dispelled a myth I’ve encountered, that these adaptors only work well with prime lenses – I see you’ve used two zooms here.
People have talked about the CA – I wonder if this would be an issue with the XHA1 but I guess I’ll only know when I get the adaptor.
Thanks for the useful tests and great films – I loved your “magic bus stop” one too.

February 17, 2009 at 07:01Hi Saba, is your caps button stuck? If you read the blog I talk about the CA. With regards to overexposure, the only overexposure is on the sea and that was deliberate, it looks like it’s brighter in centre due to post vignetting, also explained in the blog.
Thanks! P
